APCD: Fees and Reporting Updates: Session 2
October 1 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
| Virtual New rule concept available and upcoming public meetings: Emissions reporting requirements, potential fee increases, and standardizing carbon capture and storage protocols The CDPHE Air Pollution Control Division released a new rule concept to update emissions reporting requirements and is evaluating potential revisions to Colorado Air Quality Control Commission Regulations 3 and 7. The division also has upcoming public participation opportunities to learn more about the rule proposal and provide feedback. The rule concept includes potential updates that would: – Add an emissions calculation protocol for carbon capture and storage in the midstream oil and gas sector to Regulation 7. – Update Air Pollutant Emission Notice (APEN) and annual emissions reporting requirements. – Clarify existing obligations. – Increase APEN, permitting, annual emissions, and other application‑related fees. – Reduce duplicative reporting. Hosted by the APCD Session 2 of 3. Other sessions on Sept. 22 and Oct. 3. Learn more and register Proposed initial rule concepts |
