The bad data center bill, HB26-1030, keeps bein postponed, but we need to make sure that nothing like it passes and that Colorado Legislators know we do NOT want our state to be sold out to data center developers!
This bill, at its core, is a giveaway to big tech; energy and water resources would be prioritized for data centers, potentially used to power AI surveillance and ICE, at the expense of Coloradans’ health, safety, tax dollars, and environment.
If you do not want to see Colorado’s resources and communities exploited for data center buildouts, take action to oppose this bill!
