The Air Pollution Control Division will be holding a public meeting to share information about the upcoming Regional Haze rulemaking request to be brought before the Air Quality Control Commission (AQCC) in August. The Division will discuss the Regional Haze program, Round 2 Reasonable Progress requirements, and control requirements and emissions reductions expected from the Division’s proposal.

Division staff will be joined by AQCC staff who will explain the AQCC rulemaking process

This meeting will be held via Zoom on August 10, 2021 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm.
