In response to the “Climate Action Plan To Reduce Pollution”, known as House Bill 19-1261, and the Greenhouse Gas Pollution Reduction Roadmap, the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division is commencing a process to develop rules to address greenhouse gas emissions from the oil and gas industry.
