Allison Elliott is the Executive Director of LEAN Energy US (Local Energy Aggregation Network), dedicated to the accelerated expansion and competitive success of clean energy CCA nationwide.
Cody Hooven, Founder/CEO Lupa Affairs, provides strategic advice and guidance for forward-looking public policy organizations and initiatives related to climate change, clean energy, and sustainable development. Previously, Cody was COO of and ‘stood up’ San Diego’s Community Power. She was the former Director of the Sustainability Department and the first Chief Sustainability Officer for the city of San Diego.

We also welcome a local perspective from former CO Representative, Edie Hooton, who brought the CCE study bill to Colorado. Invited, but not confirmed are Representatives Amabile and Brown.
