The Air Pollution Control Division is committed to protecting air quality by monitoring and regulating air toxics emissions. To enhance this work, the division is setting up new air toxics monitoring sites across Colorado. Three air monitoring locations will start by January 2024 and an additional four locations will start by July 2025. Monitoring sites will be in urban and rural areas.
