APCD Public Meeting on Air Toxics Monitoring
November 14 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Please join us to learn more about and help inform the locations of four new air monitoring sites across Colorado. The Air Pollution Control Division will begin Phase II of a toxic air contaminants monitoring program by July 1, 2025. We’re seeking input and feedback to help inform Phase II of this statewide program.

The Air Pollution Control Division is committed to protecting air quality by monitoring and regulating air toxics emissions. To enhance this work, the division is setting up new air toxics monitoring sites across Colorado. Three air monitoring locations will start by January 2024 and an additional four locations will start by July 2025. Monitoring sites will be in urban and rural areas. The division will prioritize sites within communities disproportionately impacted by pollution.
