The Air Pollution Control Division invites people to join them for an Informational Meeting on Upcoming Transportation Sector and Industrial Sector Rulemakings via Zoom from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 10, 2021.

This meeting will provide basic overviews of the following rules that will be heard before the Air Quality Control Commission in August, 2021:

• Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Energy Management for Manufacturing rule (Regulation 22)
• Employee Traffic Reduction Program rule (Regulation 22)
• Automobile Inspection and Readjustment Program (Regulation 11)
• Colorado Low Emission Automobile rule (Regulation 20)

We will also provide a brief summary of the Air Quality Control Commission rulemaking process and ways to provide public comment. This meeting is only for information purposes and there will not be public comment or Q&A during this event. Language interpretation is available upon request.
