The Colorado Coalition for a Livable Climate (CCLC) develops and advocates strategies for reducing Colorado’s greenhouse gas emissions to levels supportive of a livable climate.

The State of Colorado’s annual greenhouse gas emissions should be supportive of limiting the global average temperature rise to 1.5° C (2.7° F) or less by the end of this century, and should become carbon neutral by 2030.
